School organizations wishing to videotape any type of scheduled event, such as a sports game or a theatrical performances, should definitely consider his services. Frequently Asked Questions

Q- Is there much difference between the quality of a professionally produced video and one a novice or amateur could do?
A- Yes. Our professionals are highly skilled, creative artists, that capture the sights, sounds, and emotions effectivly. In other words, there is a reason why we are called professionals.

Q - Is a professionally produced video really worth the money?
A - Is your Wedding or Special Event worth remembering? If you answered yes, you should hire a professional. Wedding and Event Videography and photography is the ultimate art form for reliving cherished memories. Soaring Productions will be proud to document your cherished memories.

Q - Am I protected by an agreement?
A - Yes. All of our clients are protected with our media agreement, signed at the time of the deposit payment.

Q - I'm not seeing a package that is right for what I need in your services page. Do you customize packages?
A - Yes. Infact, most of our clients order custom packages, since not every event is exactly the same. Call us today, and one of our producers will be honored to begin working with you in designing your own special package.

Q - Do you travel?
A - Yes we do. Our main office is located in Orlando, Fl. This is a very centralized city, allowing us to serve clients anywhere. We have travled as far as Switzerland to capture an event. Accomidations such as travel fair, fuel, and stay are the responsibility of the client.

Q - Will you have a low key presence?
A - Absolutely. We go about our job quietly and professionally without distracting you or your guests. Most couples remark that they didn't notice we were there and are surprised by the extensive coverage. Our videos are in a style of documenting, not directing. Brides have told us how much they appreciated this.

Q - How does a typical wedding day flow?
A - We arrive 2-3 hours before the ceremony to capture images of you putting on the last touches of make-up,stepping into your dress, putting on your veil, and your dad seeing you in your dress for the first time. These are all moments we don't want to miss. Whenever possible, we also like to capture the groom tying his tie, hanging with his guys, and getting nervous while he waits for you. We are there for every moment for the rest of the day, and through the reception. We will not leave until we check in with you and ensure that you feel everything has been captured.

Q - I'm getting confused when comparing Videographers. What should I be looking at?
A - We think you should be focusing on three areas when comparing videographers- style, personality, value. We offer a journalistic approach with cutting edge technology. We create artistic videos that reflect the emotion of the day. In addition to style, you should choose a company who makes you feel comfortable, confident, beautiful, smart, safe, and …well, happy. Choose someone you enjoy speaking to and planning with. Finally, remember to look at the value of what is being offered.

Q - What do you think is a good running time for wedding videos?
A - In general, we suggest the edited version run about 50-75 minutes. At this length, it is easier to watch repeatedly, it is easier to show to family and friends, and it is easier to create the feel of a film or a TV program.

Q - I love your work and want you to capture my wedding.
A - What should I do now? First, you should call us to find out if we have your wedding date available at 305.814.7730. If available, we require 1/4 of your package price as a retainer fee and a signed wedding agreement.
