We have been engaged in the art of Videography since 1994. As a theatre major at the University of Texas at Austin, I began creating 8mm and Video shorts with my fellow classmates and friends who were also interested in using technology to further our artistic vision. It wasn't long before people were asking us to document everything. I was asked if I would be willing to create a wedding video for my brother-in-law and I happily accepted. After seeing what other "old school" videographers were selling, I knew we could create something much deeper. I felt we could bring our collective energies together to capture one of the most exciting and amazing events in the human experience: The Ceremony of Marriage.
Every time I get behind the camera I still get the thrill of recording life as it happens. Whether we are developing a script, shooting a commercial or capturing a live event, the feeling is invigorating. To have a job where I get to create art on a daily basis is the most rewarding thing I could have imagined. I love what I do and the people I work for truly reap the benefits of my passion for this art.
Moving images and sound connect us to the reality of the moment. Digital Videography is something completely different from the still photograph. Photography is a beautiful and necessary art, but it is two dimensional, flat and silent. When I record something I capture that moment: people communicating, dancing and laughing. As a viewer you are pulled into the world of the event and can enjoy all of the emotion of the moment. No other art form can approximate the real life experience like videography.
Now in our tenth year of business we provide our clients with the latest in Digital Video technology to meet a myriad of customer needs. My wife Clea and I have since been operating in the San Antonio, Austin and New York metro areas, bringing our keen sense of artistry and a desire to provide the ultimate in customer service.
